Review content:
I made an appointment with this practice based on the reviews. I called the office with an emergency and was scheduled for the following day. My insurance information was taken over the phone and I inquired about payment plans as I needed a major procedure. I was told they did have a payment plan that could be extended out for several months. Once I arrived for my appointment, the dentist examined me and advised I needed more work than I thought. I met with the financial person/receptionist who had the wrong benefit information. The payment plan is through outside vendors that requires credit checks and bank drafts. If you decide not to utilize these vendors, the balance is due in full at the time of the service. When treatment requires multiple visits, most dentist will accept 50% up front and the balance when the procedure is completed. All of this goes on in the front area for others to hear, no privacy. Yes, it's a nice and clean office. Yes, they have all of the bells and whistles, but my visit left a lot to be desired.
