Review content:
Your Company along side of another taxi company is one of the worse I have ever used. When I call you, I never get a driver that is ON TIME, and or THAT SHOWS UP. I end up having to call you many times in order to get a taxi at my location. That is HORRIBLE! Sometimes I even get a very RUDE DRIVER! There needs to be a big change in the way your drivers cars also smell and look. Some of the cars are dirty and stink. Also there is a few that when riding in them, they smell like they have a GAS TANK LEAK and you can smell GASOLINE coming into the car and it makes me very sick and I can't stand that smell. Those need to be fixed along with a lot of your taxi passenger doors needing handles repaired so a client can get out of the car in case of emergencies!
