My move with Presto was a happy experience. The foreman who came to my house was well-versed and explain everything to me in detail prior to starting the job. Once everything was loaded onto the truck he went through the paperwork with me and they sent my stuff on the way. When my furniture arrived at my new home I was happy to find that everything was in good condition, there were no damages. The only side point I would make is that there was an extra fee for a shuttle since the tractor-trailer delivering could not enter my street. I called customer service about it and they were not able to wave it but they did give me a $75 discount on the service. Overall a job well done, thank you presto!
