Review content:
Extremely rude, unfriendly, and expensive. They overcharged for services and contacts. My contacts were defective and instead of replacing them I was told I must have done something to my eyes to cause the problem. I was given a trial pair and they worked just fine. I was then told they will reorder new boxes but I would not receive the whole box because I used the defective lens and was given a trial. I then asked for my money back to go somewhere else and was told this conversation is over and the person I was dealing with left the premises. They now have my defective contacts, prescription, and my money. Extremely bad customer service by one person in particular and instead of dealing with her just go to another eye care professional who is happy to serve you. Very shady business and I would avoid this place.
