Review content:
Although I found Grand Rapids Tire & Auto to be rather dependable, on this particular visit I was somewhat disappointed. I thought the cost of simply putting my vehicle on an analyzer to determine the problem(s) was rather high. Also when I picked my vehicle up there was a cover from somewhere in the car that had been broken off and was lying on the floor. When I asked where it came from I was told the technician found it there when he first got in the car and he had no idea where it was from. It was not broken off when I first left the vehicle with GRT&A.
