Horrible, horrible, horrible! Went in to have daughter's eyes examined. Told it would be just a few minutes. Asked if we had insurance (we did) and completed forms for filing claim. After waiting over an hour and watching people walk in and out. When I inquired as to ""how much longer""...was told that they see ""cash paying customers"" first and that our insurance will be verified as soon as they can, but they had to take care of these ""people"" first. When I requested my paper work be shredded so we could go somewhere else, staff became extremely rude and slammed my clipboard on counter. If you are not going to serve patients who have insurance, don't offer to accept insurance!
