Although an hour and fifteen minutes late, Joe D. was apologetic, professional and knowledgable about HVAC. AAA did not charge an emergency charge to come out to fix my A/C during 100 degree heat, they only charge by the jobs completed. Joe discussed the issues, wrote out costs for each, explained which items needed to be completed and which items would help system efficiency. Joe answered all on my questions, showed me areas of concern and recommended preventative care options since he recognized we may have an electrical concern aside from the HVAC he had come to fix. All recommendations and preventative recommendations are welcomed because the cost to repair and replace a furnace or A/C unit is astounding. AAA also honored their online coupon promo with an additional discount for their preventative maintenance program. Overall I am satisfied and will recommend AAA to others.
