If you value your property, time and sanity do not deal with this company. They were recommended by Allstate Insurance company and were horrible to work with. They were unprofessional from the start by showing up two hours late with a crew hell bound to smoke cigarettes on the premise at any chance they had, and just dropped them all over the property for the homeowner to clean up. They broke numerous items, made off-color / vulgar comments to my wife and 14 year old daughter and would not take any responsibility until legal action was threatened. Upon bringing items back into the home, they were negligent in putting things back together to the point that our child's bunk-bed collapsed (with him in it) a few days later. Electronics were broken and not replaced. Items were basically poured from the un-inventoried boxes into any available drawer, whether it came from that spot or not. It took 6 hours of phone calls (including calls to nation headquarters), threats of legal action to get any type of response from the franchise. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! DO NOT ALLOW THIS GROUP ONTO YOUR PROPERTY, EVEN IF THEY ARE RECOMMENDED BY AN INSURANCE COMPANY (who uses lowest bidders of course).
