This company is a scam- I have used them for the past two years, happily when they were Knowledgable nerd. Now that they are tech butler they do nothing but automatically bill your credit card. When you call to cancel before time they tell you you don't exist in the system so then you can't cancel. When contacting them again you assume that you will not be billed since you weren't in the system. BEWARE they keep your credit card information and charge it then tell you you cannot receive a refund. Jacob is no longer with the company, he was my tech guy. He is now with Tech by Request- a company that doesn't keep your credit card on file and only calls you to ask if you want to renew. STAY AWAY FROM TECH BUTLER
