I am amused by the very few positive posts on this web site. I was in the office the other day and was told by the staff ( dont want to say which property due to reprisal ) that the staff are encouraged to write possitive feedback to counter all the negative PR found everywhere for this truely horrible landlord... Do your homework.. These guys are the worst.. Dont believe me? Check BBB Rating = F . check all the detailed feedback.. all terrible.. Sure some of Katz employees are nice prople doing their best with terrrible management and terrible owners. These guys have huge vacancy. The only people renting from them are people who dont research. With 20% and growing vacancy its only a matter of time until the properties will be going section 8.. Seriously dont be fooled. There is only disapointment and frustration with Katz. All this is of course my opinion but you are warned..
