Visit Dr. Patt at her new office elsewhere. This office goes through staff frequently. They had poor or missing paperwork and we lost our court case for an auto accident, but they charged list price for over a year at an out-of-pocket cost of over $12,000.00. After taking 4 months to process insurance, they sent our 17 year old daughter's claim to collections within 20 days without a phone call or notice. Cannot recommend this office. You will rarely if ever see the Owner.
