I agree with Emily. The employees at this clinic can be very rude. Don't ever stop in to buy something like flea medicine, even if there is nobody in the waiting room they act as if they are too busy. Like you should make an appointment to purchase the things they have on display in the waiting room for sale. They can go beyond rude to insulting not only me but my pet. I have been personally berated by staff in the waiting room in front of other people and then was told by the vet I was over-reacting. The vet's medical treatment of my pet appeared to be good though I suspect some of the many tests run on my pet over the years were not necessary and added to pad the bill. I do think the vets are competent but I hate to think now how my pet was treated once they took him into the back. There is a young female vet who seems to actually like my pet and care about him as should every vet. Over all I would avoid this place unless you have an emergency.
