When we arrived, our mentally challenged 29 year old daughter would not get out of the truck. We tried all our tricks, but she kicked and yelled and could not be physically removed from the truck. I went to the desk to see if the hotel had a wheelchair she could be enticed with. Adrian said no, but could we try the baggage cart? As we rolled the cart to the truck, I told him her name and explained the situation. He got to the truck and called her by name and physically helped her get on the cart with help of dad. He rolled the cart and talked to her enthusiastically before she could change her mind. He took us quickly up the elevator and far into our room. Without his help we literally would have had to spend the night in the truck. Adrian rescued us.
