I just renewed my lease with First Place Management Inc. I lease a townhouse from them, and from start to finish they are awesome. They are very efficient, quick and knowledgeable. Any question I had, they answered. They were also very pleasant to work with, and they know the market really well.
Whenever I've had a big problem or a maintenance issue, they are very quick to repair whatever the it is. When there was something wrong with my water heater, they sent someone out immediately even though it wasn't an emergency.
If you go with First Place Management, you won't be sorry. They have lots of rentals, lots of selection, and they're really good. They have an attorney who writes the leases. It's not one-sided. He looks after both the owners and the tenants. I wouldn't hesitate to refer First Place Management! They are professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
