I always call The Elite Group for my inspections. The phones are answered by polite knowledgeable people. I have never had to leave a message. They are able to set up my inspection immediately and are very patient with me when I have to make changes to times or dates after the original appointment. They will go out of their way to see if my favorite inspectors are available for a certain day or time and will go down the list checking with me until I'm satisfied. I have used this company for 9 years. The Elite Group then sends out confirmation immediately and a confirmation with payment instructions to my buyer. The inspectors are on time to do the actual inspection. Generally they have finished their outside inspection before the time of the appointment. The actual and very thorough inspection seldom takes more than a day to arrive in my email and the buyer's email, too. The report is well done, covers everything and is impressive in appearance with colored pictures. The Elite Group then follows up with Recall information for the appliances in the home. I have no reason whatsoever to call any other inspection company. I have worked with 4 different inspectors and would call on all of them time after time. I have NEVER had a bad experience with this company or the inspectors. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!!
