Excellent internet sales team. Ennis McKnight was salesman and was very knowledgeable regarding trucks. Good experience in the negotiation process and in the financial office. Only area where there could be improvement is in the delivery process and in going over the many various features of the vehicle. However I do have another session available and will take advantage of that.
