AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring's workmanship was excellent. The rooms were done very well and the installers were very great. They also installed some carpet on my stairs, but the person that came out and measured it didn't measure it correctly, and they didn't have enough carpet to finish the stairs.
I was getting ready for an open house that was in a couple of days and all the stairs weren't complete. The installers were pretty upset when they found out there wasn't enough carpet, but they got right on it. They had to get shipped the extra carpet, but it didn't come in time for the open house. Despite that, things still turned out good.
They did very well correcting the mistake, but it's kind of surprising that the guy, who's sole job is to do measurements, did the measurements wrong. But when mistakes were made, they jumped right on it. I still would absolutely recommend them.
