Review content:
I work for Am/Pm Towing. Came across this review and would like to give some insight. We did an AMAZING job for Mr V. We were able to get his trailer out of a ""problem"" area with out any damage. I would more say a near impossible situation. We did discuss pricing.. somewhere in between Us, Mrs V, and Mr V. There was a communication error. Our prices were supposed to be for EACH truck. Not to mention the MULTIPLE times our driver updated him on pricing as they ran into issues. Mr V said several times... As I quote "" What ever it takes!"" We still honored what the V family thought they heard! Which was HALF price!!!\r \r This service took a lot of time, man power and skill. We did an out standing job. We did not damage their driveway, I have attached the pictures that I got off the news site. It clearly shows that the scrape was there before we arrived on scene. Maybe from the trailer scraping its way down the drive way to land in this new location? Also we did not nor do we want your ropes or ""what ever else we took"". We carry our own equipment sir. \r \r So remind me who is the liar, cheat, or thief in this situation again?\r
