I brought my brand new car in today for a platinum wash. When I got home afterward I noticed several big scratches on the console. I went back up and spoke with David the GM who explained that it was near impossible for them to cause the scratches looking me straight in the eye while basically telling me I was all wet. I'm hear to tell you that those scratches were not there when I got out of the car at the vacuum station. They only offered to speak their detail supplier and see if they had any ideas. I've been going there for over 20 years but that all stopped today.
