My husband went to the K-mart in Battle Creek, MI today, December 28, 2013. They were advertising all Christmas items on sale for 50% off. My husband went to purchase many Christmas items, but when he got to the register they were not ringing up 50% off. He told them it was supposed to be 50% off. The cashier asked the cashier next to him, ""Are the Christmas items 50% off?"" The other cashier responded, ""I don't know."" So then, he said, ""I will have to get the manager to come down here and fix this."" My husband waited and waited and waited. The manager did not show up. My husband was very tired of waiting, since he already had to wait for the person in front of him who also had to have the manager come down for their order too. So, my husband said forget it and walked out. What was he supposed to do? Is this what you call customer service? This is also, not the first time this K-mart has not honored coupons or ads. I am very disappointed. Something needs to be done about the customer service at this location. This is ridiculous. No wonder I have been avoiding K-mart for so many years. Just when I go to give them another chance, nothing has changed.
