Ulta 3 is the ultimate store for the ultimate girly girl, or just the woman who needs some mascara, this is the place to go. Ulta carries both high end department store cosmetics and perfumes, but also drugstore versioins. This store also has both professional and non-professional hair products, including blow dryers, straighteners, etc. You name it, Ulta 3 has it. And the employees are always delightful!
