Review content:
What unethical business practices. Bought a gift certificate for a years unlimited bronze washes. I paid cash for the certificate. The person didn t want it because he had already received one from another car wash. Went back to get the money and they refused to give it to me and said there has to be a manager to get reimbursed. So I went back to see the manager in which he made me wait 20 minutes for no reason other than to be a d#*k to tell me I need to have the receipt in order to get my money back because he had no record on how it was paid. So I went back home to get the receipt and I showed him the receipt that I paid cash and he then said that he could only give me store credit. This is a business that shows poor management behavior and bad unethical business practices. There is nowhere on my receipt that shows I must receive only store credit. This place is a rip off and trying to scam people out of their money. I m now filing a lawsuit against them, filing a complaint with the better business bureau, and consumer protection agency. These type of business are dishonorable and shouldn t be patronized.
