\r RUN, I beg you, RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!In my opinion, This is a nasty money hungry company that is not accommodating and doesn't return calls after you sign lease. We were paid a $500 deposit for a rental we never received. We were told we could move in on October 5, 2013, it never happened. We were displaced for 2 weeks and promised another date of October 17, 2013. When October 17, 2013 arrived we received a new lease with things written in it that they said we agreed to(they never returned our calls so how could we)and upon seeing the property it had the previous tenants belonging still stored on the property. Since we didn't agree to new lease or the current condition of property, we were harassed at our places of employment by someone named Nadia to sign new lease. We asked to meet with someone, it never happened. We asked for our money back and someone named clayton said we didn't act in good faith and they kept our money. It's Sara Crippas' company and all you see of her, is her name splattered all over the lease, other than that she wants nothing to do with you. In addition, they promised to pay for our hotel during the displacement period, they paid for one week and refused to pay for more. They stole $500 and we lost an additional $200 from the hotel. We are newlyweds(9/28/13) and because of them our marriage was off to a rocky start. We were suppose to move into our townhome on Ocotober 17and we had to be out of hotel on 19th. By the evening of October 17th we had no place to go. This was the stressful situation of my life, we are still trying to play catch up from this situation. \r
