Review content:
Recently bought 2 spark plugs there for a $700 machine my father-in-law bought there two years ago. They sold me the wrong plugs. They wouldn't refund $7.50 because I didn't have the receipt. Silly me. I discarded it, thinking a place that sells snow blowers would be competent enough to sell me the correct plug for a machine they sold (and still have on file in their computer). Bob blamed me for not bringing in the old plug first. Funny. When I buy a part at the auto part store, I tell them what kind of car, and they give me the part (without me taking out the old one first to show it to them…amazing!!!). Anytime I have bought parts (including spark plugs) at Caola Equipment on Park Ave or John Deere on Rte. 146, I always seemed to get the right one. He indirectly called me an ""idiot"" for not having the receipt. He was rude, completely unreasonable, and lacked business sense and common sense. I only went there to do a favor for my father-in-law. Terrible experience. We'll never go there again.
