Simply Clean Care did a very thorough and fantastic job cleaning our rug. The whole scheduling process was seamless and they promptly picked up our rug within an hour of our phone conversation. I was impressed that everything was as advertised about the methods they use. Mike was very polite and made me feel really comfortable when I met him face-to-face. The only markdown is that the wait was a bit long. I was under the impression that they would call me when the rug would be cleaned but I ended up calling them after a week of them having it. They did an excellent and neat job cleaning it and also cleaned the pad underneath for no extra charge. The turnaround time could better but I had no other issues. Good service overall.
