They leave a notice on your door at 5pm telling you that they will come to change an air filter the next day between 8am-12pm. Of course the notice says you 24 hours to make other arrangements but by the time you get the notice the office is already closed. How very convenient......for the management. Hope you didn't have any guests and all is sparkly clean for the last minute intrusion.\r

I also had a 30 something male neighbor yelling at a woman in the courtyard. He was yelling threatening to kick a small dog running around. The dog had looked lost and I'm guessing belonged to a tenant. Yep, CLASSY dog kicking people. The skinny woman yelled back at the guy to leave the dog alone so I guess that's a redeeming factor.\r

Guest parking is tough. Sometimes it's there other times it's not. Especially on a Friday night. \r

The grounds are kept nice so there's a plus. \r

The gym is nice but that's probably because nobody can get the television working so no one uses the gym. And the machine that has a tv on it, well, that tv doesn't work either. But it looks pretty.\r

Place has potential but it gives off a feeling like it wants to keep its tenants as controlled as the shrubs. I just never feel comfortable walking around here. It's pretty but something about it makes you feel like they're just waiting to catch you doing wrong. Like the feeling you got when there was that 60 year old substitute teacher in middle school. \r

Then they charge ""pet rent"". I guess fluffy needs to pull his weight and cough up his share each month. \r
