Businiess name:  Kmart Store Pharmacy

Review content:
I have been using the K-Mark in Steger IL. pharmacy for the last 5 years. Now that Mark has left and you have a couple new women working at the counter it is unbelievably slow. The one woman seems to work at snail speed and is very unpleasant. Where do they hire these people from? They don't even allow the drop off window open. You have to wait over a 1/2 HOUR OR LONGER FOR THIS NEW WOMAN WHO WORKS THERE TO MOVE AT THE SPEED OF A SNAIL JUST TO DROP OFF THE PERCRIPTION. Rich who is the Manager is a great guy but i'm sure his hands are tied with the person. Kmart needs to step in and fix this issue. The woman at the counter needs to be moved to checking Christmas lights for next year’s trees if Kmart is forced to hire this type of worker. This really is a joke, Kmart's customer services is going down the tube along with its brand name.
