Warning to consumers: Unfortunately this travel agency is unreliable and deceitful. They do not owe up to any responsibility for misleading clients regarding deadlines or special restrictions. They only look at their email 5 days a week, so if you must pay and get a ticket on weekends you can't. And they give bad rates, all the while maintaining that they work with consolidators. After letting pass a deadline I did not know about, they asked me to pay nearly double for the ticket. I went straight to the airline and found it much cheaper !
