I would advise anyone not to hire this company.\r
I've known Raul Arias Linares since 2006 and although he appears to be a charming person ...he is a scam artist, He is illegally in this country and does everything illegal. He works thru Delpino's lisence so that he doesn't have to pay child support for his 5 year old daughter, I've also heard the way he talk's about his customers ...with no respect or empathy and is always trying to get over on them with the material and labor .he also has a record and restraining order for physically and emotional abuse towards women and children. I think is only fare I tell people who Raul arias really is and what he is about. (Co owner of Delpino construction)\r
