I brought my car in for a continuing leak that I thought might be connected with transmission work performed a few months ago. Initially, Bob told me it might be related to the timing belt which would cost me over $800.00. I told him to go ahead with the work. As work proceeded, they found that it was a thermostat gasket leak instead. Ray Frey could have charged me $800.00 and I would have gladly paid it if it solved my problem. Instead, I was charged a little over $200.00 which included a periodic checkup and oil change. Ray Frey Auto Center does what is necessary to fix a car problem--nothing more. They are honest in their appraisals. They perform their work with dispatch. They communicate with the customer. They are totally reasonable in their pricing. Ray Frey is a company you can trust in every facet of customer service.
