AWFUL Florist ~ Flowers were not delivered to the hospital where my friend was hospitalized. I asked for a refund or a delivery as she was terminal and would be there indefinately ~ they refused to take them and i got only part of the money back. According to them, handling and delivery are non-refundable no matter what happens. Not a good experience.Jamie yelled at me and absolutely said i was a liar & she didnt care how ill my friend was she did not have to loose money over it!!!
