My AC was freezing up so I call the ""Service Experts""...They arrived on-time and said my Coil needed cleaning (typical AC problem)... Then gave me an estimate of $500 to clean them??? I told Dennis K. this was a typical AC problem and $500 was overcharging me but he held firm to his $500 coil cleaning charge. I asked him to contact a supervisor and let them know I have other Reputable AC companies that will only charge between $200-$250 to clean coils. He said he called and his supervisor said ""that was the price"". In my opinion this company is trying to take advantage of it's customers during the HOT months of the summer! *BEWARE* SO CALLED SERVICE EXPERTS then charged me $49.95 for basically NOTHING but coming into my home and trying to rip-me-off... I then sent in a Customer Satisfaction Survey requesting my money back and they have yet to respond (probably never will!) If you are in SLC and in need of a good AC company....DO NOT CONTACT THIS ONE!!!
UP-DATE... Called another company who showed up 2 hours later, Cleaned my Coils and my outdoor condensers for $235.... I found a new AC company!
