My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a quick getaway and absolutely loved it! The staff was friendly and very helpful. When the front desk staff saw heavy baggage with my wife they came forward and help us. They provided all the information which we required during our stay. The lobby was well decorated with clean carpet and good Interior. The check inn and check out was very speedy. When we enter the room we were surprised to see the clean, fresh and spacious room. The hotel provide free parking and free Internet, room service, coffeemakers in the rooms, fitness center, etc. Beds are large and comfortable. The hotel also have There's an Indoor pool. My wife was very impressed with the location and looks forward to returning when we visit the Lake Charles area in the future.
