This cleaner may be ok for the day to day dry cleaning, but I have a son in JROTC and had specific requests. I had special requirements which were not met, the Sgt. told us to go back and get out money because it was much worse than when I did by hand. There were creases in the front which should not have been there and the material over the buttons were shiny. I had specifically requested they either do not press over the buttons or use cardboard so the material wouldn't be shiny. They pressed over them and the material he looked like he had headlights on the front of his jacket it was so shiny... We will NOT be back!
PROS: convenient drive thru
CONS: not satisfactory work
