Review content:
The people at Ricks Service Center in downtown Sevierville make you feel like family right when you walk in the door; just don't drive through their door. ;) They always provide efficient and effective car repair services with knowledge of the latest technologies and the ever changing inner workings of today's modern car. I have my times when I am absolutely the world's worst driver, wreaking havoc on my own car just because I feel the need for speed or because that pothole looked too tempting or my tire just goes too flat. But Rick's Service Center also knows these things aren't always your fault. There are plenty of other drivers on the road wreaking havoc, especially during extremely heavy traffic times in the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area...which seem to occur more often that not lately. They have friendly people working on your car and hot coffee waiting for you on those cold winter days. They even have community events on days when the weather compromises...I've eaten burgers and drank hot chocolate in their parking lot a few times. They are willing to work on your car, as well as willing to work with you. That's what makes the people behind Ricks Service Center extremely special. It's rare to find a combination of extremely special people and an extremely effective local business these days. They understand that having a car is a necessity, so they make you and getting your car fixed a necessity. They typically deal with a high volume of calls and cars, but there's a reason for this, people trust Ricks Service Center. I have had other bad experiences with car service centers in the area and have had to wait hours and sometimes even days to have my car even just looked at. They know your carrs are important, while other service centers give you the feeling they don't. As someone who has lived in this area for most of her life, Ricks Service Center in downtown Sevierville has never given me that problem. It's also right across from First Baptist Church in Sevierville (an even bigger convenience for some looking to worship). Ever since going to Ricks Service Center, I have never had a problem with feeling like my car is not being taken care of. They assess the problem as fast as they can and do the best work of anyone in this area. If you're stuck without a car, there's no better people to be stuck around than the people at Ricks Service Center. So if you find yourself with any kind of car trouble, give the people at Ricks Service Center a call and they'll let you know if they can help. Most likely they can.
