I was very disappointed in my stay here this past summer. The rooms were dingy. Our bathroom was tiny and had poorly done repair patches around the shower and behind the toilet. For some reason, the ceiling was lowered in the shower and my husband couldn't stand upright while showering. We had a suite and the maid always forgot to empty one, if not two trash cans. As a family of 5, with one in diapers. . . that was sort of a daily necessity. The staff at the front desk was clueless. They didn't know how to refund lost money in the vending machines. They completely ignored the fact that I was struggling with the valet cart full of luggage trying to manuver it through the double set of doors and over the hump of the frame. Not one offer of help with the cart or to hold a door. Needless to say, we won't be staying there again.
