Review content:
The mechanics were nice, however, not very competent. I was quoted one price for replacing my crank sensor then charged another price when it came time to pay. In addition, I had to travel back to the shop four times (over the course of a week) because I was STILL having problems with my car after they supposedly fixed it the first time. Each time I brought my car back as asked, it was never looked at because of different excuses. After the fourth trip to the shop and the lack of explanation as to the status of my car, I took my car to Nissan. Nissan informed me that the mechanics at Lowry Tires put the sensor in wrong and didn't plug it in!!! I was inconvenienced for a week and paid more money than needed because the mechanics simply didn't do their jobs correctly.
When I informed Lowry of this information, I never received an apology or any indication that they wanted to rewrite their wrong.
I would not refer my friends or family to this company, nor will I return.
