We had a horrible experience with this property and we will never go back. We were in town for the Napa Valley Marathon. My youngest became very ill with a high fever during the night. My older daughter drove my husband to the start while I stayed at the hotel. After not being able to get the younger one's fever down I went to the front desk seeking help beacues my husband and other daughter had the car. After explaining the situation the staff member working the desk told me she would not be able to help me and I'd have to solve this on my own. After pleadng with her and offering to sign a waiver to release them from any harm handing me an aspirn may do I was still denied. Thank god for the other guest who saw this go on offered to help me. Her action helped bring the out of control fever down. I was so mad at the staff member. Not so much at the fact she flat out would not help but more so at the uncaring attitude she took with me.
