Businiess name:  Jean Woods Dental

Review content:
I think Dr. Woods is competent at what she does. However, I had a terrible experience with her. I made an appointment for my child, who had injured his tooth. We arrived on time and spent over an hour waiting to be seen. No one explained what the holdup was or apologized for the inconvenience, although the office did appear empty other than us. When we finally did see the dentist, her communication was poor and confusing and she challenged what I told her about my son's injury. I sensed that she was trying to help but communicated it so poorly I was completely confused and felt like I was aggravating her. When she began to give him a fluoride treatment I did not want him to have (he is too young), I asked her to stop and she ignored me, rather than explaining herself or addressing my concerns. I wanted to like Dr. Woods. I did like the man who was her assistant. But there is no way I'm going back. Worst experience I've had at any dentist.
