After paying for an alignment, and getting a quote for upper ball joints needing to be replaced ($542.61) I told them I will do the ball joints myself for $168.00 instead. They only adjusted my toe, which my wife could have done, and told me they couldn't do anything else. Toe adjustment takes less than a few minutes. Anyways, I replaced my ball joints and brought my vehicle back to have it finished and they tried to charge me again. The guy I spoke to told me if my wife could have done it, then I should have had her do it. I showed him the spec sheet they printed out for me the first time and showed him that they only adjusted my toe, which was only 2 degree out of spec, and did.t touch anything else. He told me they would have to charge me again to do the alignment and was incredibly rude about it. This was the first vehicle I brought here. In between the first time and the ball joint replacement (about 2 weeks) I brought my other vehicle there to have the alignment done on it becaus
