I popped out a filling yesterday while eating. I don't have a primary dentist that I use so I just googled dentist 80016. I came across Bright Now and called them after 5PM. I was pleasantly surprised that they have an answering service that makes appointments up to 8PM every night. That was a MAJOR bonus and won them huge points. I made an appointment for 8AM the very next morning. They researched my insurance and I was ready to go the next morning. I was QUITE nervous, but the staff is SO friendly. The front office girl was so nice I immediately felt comfortable in a normally uncomfortable zone. I took a couple x-rays, they found out it was just a filling popped out (I thought it was a broken tooth!) and they got me back RIGHT AWAY to see Dr. Young. If you use this dentist office, you *MUST* request Dr. Young. I cannot say enough nice things about him. Amazing bedside manner, he stopped about every 30 seconds to make sure I was ok (I was a nervous WRECK!) and made sure that if I felt the tinniest bit of pain, he would stop and numb it up a little more. He kept me in giggles and was so kind that I will never use another dentist again. I am moving to Highlands Ranch here shortly and I *WILL* be making the drive to see Dr. Young. FAB-U-LOUS. The rest of the staff that deserves to be mentioned: Marlana, Jen and Elizabeth. Top notch to this office. I have never left a dentist office totally glad that I went. Kudos to this shop on hiring an all-star staff.
