I had my Nissan towed there on Dec 23, 2013 for an alternator replacement job. Rocky the owner refused to let me start the vehicle the day I went to pick up auto until AFTER I paid. He became so Volitile that I has to call the Fairport Police. He threatened to hit me if I did'nt pay him upfront. He lied and said my auto was there 4 weeks - AAA towed it there on 23rd. Rocky also lied about the cost of the rebuilt alternator costing him $200.00 but I verified it was $145.00 with Pro Builders. Rocky also lied to his son that vehicle was there 4 weeks. Rocky's long time employee said that Rocky had some mental issues and he apoligized to me for Rocky's threats. Rocky also threatened to charge me $680.00 (21.00/dayx30 days plus tax) storage although he has NO posted storage fees. Rocky did NOT collect sales tax on a previous 1250.00 job. The NYS Dept of Taxation has been notified and Im in the process of getting a Order of Protection on Rocky. Rocky's neighbor witnessed the meltdown episode Rocky had and told me he is the plague of the neighborhood. STAY FARAWAY from this parasite.
