Took my bull dog here 3 times .. 2 outta 3 he has come back with a rash on his testicles and now has bronchitis .. I called to let them know and their response was .. Its common sense to know that if you take your child somewhere they might catch something like a cold or bronchitis and its a common thing for a un neutered dog to get a rash , and refused to compensate .. I SAY ... dont take your dog there , unless you want a couple trips to the vet ! This was all told to me by the General Manager ... To me common sense is , keep your customer happy that has a sick dog .. and a 500$ bill because of your facility ,, Wont be going back!
