I have been renting a property on Riverside Blvd in Sacramento for approximately two years. It is currently managed by Teri of M and M Property. Another company managed the property for approximately a year prior to M and M Property. They were a nice young couple, but not timely in their response to issues concerning the property which is probably why the owner sought another property management company.\r
We have found Teri to be the complete opposite. She is extremely thorough and timely to any issues concerning the property. We have been so pleased since she has acquired the property contract. We were property owners prior to renting and had used a property management company for about two years with a property we owned. Neither situation has yielded a company representative such as Teri. I cannot tell you how comforting it is to reside in a property as well managed as ours.\r
