Review content:
We have boarded our dogs here several times over the last three years and after this last visit they will never be going back. When we went to pick up our dogs, the staff didnt even know who they were, what they looked like or how the stay had gone for them. One of our dogs came away from the visit being his normal self, but the other one was injured, and now flinches whenever someone raises their arms or moves quickly. She never, ever acted scared like that around us before and it makes me really worried that she was being mistreated while she was in there. No one ever mentioned her injury ( a deep scrape on her paw pad) but when we got her home she was limping, and whimpering every time she put weight on it. Eventually she gave up and just would not get up at all. We went and got everything we needed to clean it, and now after relaxing and sleeping her paw is looking much better. I feel bad that nobody noticed she was in pain, cleaned it or took care of her. I also hate that she is s
