Pros: Comfy enviornment.Nice decorations. Quiet/crowded w/customers. Kid friendly with toys in waiting area. Person performing ultrasound was nice. Cons: Strange, seems No one ever answers phone/call you to resolve issues. Either email or text to get response. Was greeted 20 -25 minutes after arriving. During wait could hear another couple/customer in the back talking about their ultrasound/pics and more during my appointment time. My Appointment was pushed back 30 minutes. Was not given an apology/any concern for starting this late. However was given my papers to fill out for my order before starting. Then another customer comes in as I am going back to the u/s room, I hear the other customer was given an apology and that it will be about 30 minutes behind. Felt rushed a little. Kind of hard/rough w/ pushing and jerking the probe on my belly to make baby move positions. The package that I said/selected before service was not given. Many images were not clear and not quality for the price. My 3d 4dpackage Was given lots of black/white images that a ultrasonographer could probably decipher what it is. Limited 3d pictures not worth the price. Some of pics on dvd were duplicates. To pay so much for something memorable/meaningful to you, no selection/choice in choosing no music/what type of music you would prefer on your dvd was not given. You just get what they put on there. Dvd was not quality, and shown in2d instead of 3d 4d. Belly is shown how it was shaken/jerked with probe on dvd. Dvd was few mins less of 30 minutes and the min. amount of photos to be received were a few less. Oh also the price for this and to not receive the keepsake photo folder. Unless the plain thin folder I was given which has 2 pockect folders wit no prongs, that kids use for school is what I was given with my 2 DVD inside. A plain dvd u buy to burn copies. No company logos/words/nor baby print wasn`t on anything. High$-quality of products/professionalism/service. Waiting to get resolved. Beware ask to see everything
