If I could give these guys a negative I would.
We were a customer of theirs that was very disappointed. We were constantly calling them because our toilet was either not cleaned or "cleaned" but still had a layer of dirt, supplies missing or smelled.
One time I actually stopped a driver as he was leaving to ask for another roll of toilet paper, since we only had 1/2 full roll. He glared at me a told me I didn't need any because there was a full roll in there, he then got in his truck and left. I would have pursued it more with him, however I was scared he might get physical. I immediately called JW, to which all I got was an answering machine and left them a message with a description of the driver. I never heard back, even after leaving 3 messages.
From what I have found out the drivers are all ex cons and come to work either high or hung over.
I switched from these guys to some guys that were new to the area (have to have good service to survive the first year was my thought). In just 1 week i have noticed a vast change, my toilets are clean and i don't have to worry about my safety when they come to clean it.
After I switched JW proceeded to contact my clients directly and convince them to rent a toilet from them. I got the owner information and contacted Jamie directly. I called him, emailed him and asked his secretary to pass on messages. I have not heard back from him yet.
Oh forgot to mention I found out from the secretary that there is actually no office in the bay area. Apparently all that is here is a storage yard, they run everything out of LA....no wonder they have no control over their employees!
How can anyone run a business like this and expect to last? If i were you i would save yourself a massive headache and choose someone else.
