Review content:
I went to Town Line Motors located in Orange Massachusetts to purchase a car for my daughter, at the request of the owner of town line (Michael Beaton) I placed a deposit on the car of 200.00, after becoming uncomfortable with the way things were going with the deal, I requested my deposit back. The owner told me he was going to keep the deposit, I informed the owner that I did not think he could keep the money, and He stated “I have taken thousands of dollars from people this way”. I told him I would check into it and if I find that he has no right to keep the money I would be back for my money. I checked on it and was told he has no right to keep the money, so I returned to Town Line and requested my money, the owner again refused to give me my money, I informed him I didn’t even sign a purchase and sales, He then stated “yes you did”. I was in disbelief and stated I did not, I only gave a deposit by debit card, I then asked to see the purchase and sales, He stated if you want to see it take me to court, I stated ok.
On 9-16-2013 I took Town Line Motors owner to court, Gardner District Court (case number 1363SC258) where He submitted to the Clerk-Magistrate a purchase and sales for which I was given the opportunity to look at for the first time by the court, I was very surprised that the owner of the dealership forged my signature on the legal document and submitted it to the court without any fear, I informed the Magistrate this is the first time seeing this document and that the signature did not look like mine and was drafted from the deposit receipt, the purchase and sales has a line for initials which Town Line had no template, I showed the Clerk that the Initials were not even close to how I put my initials on documents, I have to add that the owner of Town Line was also attempting to counter claim me for 1,250.00. The next day the Magistrate awarded me my money back 200.00 plus filing fee and interest and denied his counter claim. He was ordered to pay me by 9-30-2013 not paid until much later
