If you know what you want & can deal with a company that doesn't care about customers then you'll do fine ordering from here. The only reason I dealt with them is for the occasional discount. Since other companies will price match, I found one that cares & actually answers order questions. I had a back order with them and they let it go for six months. After all that waiting, they said my order didn't exist. I sent them a copy of my confirmation (from them) and they wouldn't respond. I HAVE to have mine wigs for medical reasons and they left me hanging. Glad they don't need my business because they will not be getting anymore. E-wigs matches their sales and are VERY nice too!
