I brought a dog I had recently adopted from the shelter there for a checkup last year. Dr. Lindermuth seemed fine, although he treats the animals in an open area and it's distracting because you think he's talking to you when he's talking to the people in the area across the room or next to you. I've had him examine my Boston Terrier and he seemed fine with that.\r \r His assistant that day didn't seem to know anything about dogs. She tried to grab my other dog (a Golden Retriever mix) around the stomach, and pick her up, which she objected to (she had been in a home with a child who was rough with her that way, and in any case, who picks a big dog up by their stomach?) Also she's a 55 pound dog and the assistant didn't look like she could lift that kind of weight. \r \r Then she decided that my dog was vicious and the next thing I knew my dog was lying up on a table with a muzzle on.
